    Jemma Calavassy

    Jemma is a health scientist and qualified Western herbalist based in Sydney. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Western Herbal Medicine) from Torrens University and is a Full Member of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).

    She founded Beyond Normal to give natural medicine practitioners a structured way to read pathology beyond the laboratory's reference flags. Before studying health science she worked in strategic business roles. She now works with businesses across the natural health sector on their commercial goals, their digital assets and how to use AI well.

    She also founded Herbal Mixology, a liquid herbal dispensary and formulation platform.

    Jemma writes the Insights articles for practitioners. As the founder of Beyond Normal, she has a commercial interest in the platform discussed in them.
