From your practitioner dashboard, navigate to a client's profile and click 'Add Blood Test'. You can upload a PDF of the pathology report, and our system will extract the marker values automatically. You can also enter values manually if preferred.

What does the AI interpretation include?

The AI interpretation considers each marker's position within both conventional and functional ranges, the client's demographic context (age, gender, reproductive stage), fasting status, current medications and supplements, and the practitioner's health snapshot notes. It identifies patterns across systems and highlights clinically relevant correlations.

Yes. When multiple blood tests are uploaded for a client, Beyond Normal automatically generates trend charts showing how individual markers change over time. This helps practitioners monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Yes. The practitioner dashboard allows you to create and manage profiles for all your clients, each with their own blood test history, demographic details, medications, supplements, and clinical notes.

How do I update my practitioner profile?

Navigate to the Profile section from the sidebar menu. You can update your business name, practitioner type, ABN, association number, and contact details at any time.

I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

First, make sure you are using https://www.beyondnormal.io (with the www). If you are still unable to log in, or the Login button is missing, your browser may be holding an old sign-in session. To fix this, visit https://www.beyondnormal.io/?clearAuth - this safely clears the old session. You will be signed out, then you can log in again with your email and password. What pathology tests does Medicare typically cover?

When a GP requests pathology, Medicare covers most routine markers including full blood count, liver function tests, lipids, thyroid (TSH), glucose, HbA1c, iron studies, and vitamin D. Most collection centres bulk bill these tests, meaning no out-of-pocket cost for your client. Coverage depends on the GP deeming the test clinically relevant, so results may vary.

Can my clients get their pathology bulk billed?

It depends on who requests the tests. Medicare rebates only apply when a GP or medical specialist requests the pathology, not a naturopath, herbalist, or nutritionist. For clients already seeing a GP, most standard markers Beyond Normal interprets can be requested through that channel at little or no cost.

What if my client needs tests their GP won't order?

Private pathology is available without a GP referral through services like i-Screen or 4Cyte, though no Medicare rebate applies and clients pay the full fee. Some functional markers, including advanced thyroid panels or specialised hormonal testing, may require this route regardless. Beyond Normal interprets results however they were obtained.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
